4/27 UPDATE: Sorry to all those PFW members who were hoping to ride a B ride lead by me, but I have to cancel. Yesterday I participated in a 250-mile pre-ride for an upcoming randonneur event. Unfortunately I strained a tendon in my left knee area and I can hardly walk since completing the ride this morning at 5:30 AM. It's now 11 AM. It would be foolish for me to lead the Freewheeler ride on 4/28 due to my less-than physical condition. However, anyone out there that wants to resurrect this ride by adopting one of the routes and showing up tomorrow to lead this ride instead of me is more than welcome to do so. Just remember to bring a Ride Leader Sheet for participants to sign before they participate in "your" ride. -Jeff  

Ride departs from Tall Cedar Picnic Grove (aka Trenton Forest Holding Associates) in Trenton located just east of the Hamilton YMCA on Sawmill Road. Both the Y and the picnic area are on the same side of the road (but in different municipalities). The route will be 40 miles with a rest stop at mile 25. Ride will cancel if the weather is rainy. I've designed three other 40-mile routes with a rest stop at mile 25. I'll bring them along on ride day and the ride attendees can vote on which of the four routes they want to do.
