So I'm finally done with so many other commitments: moving, the eclipse trip, the bike mechanic school in Oregon... I haven't got good routes near Monroe yet, so let's do this one:
Link to Route on Jim's RWGPS page
The usual stuff: No toilets at start. Stops as needed. Planned rest stop at Sweet Gourmet in Montgomery/Rocky Hill. (If you're going to use the facilities, please plan to buy something...)
Note that some have complained that RideWithGPS underreports the amount of climb.
Faster riders are welcome to come to the start, take the route, and go off the front. I intend to ride within the stated pace range. Nobody dropped; you can stay back and keep me company.
Riders-in can meet us at Blackwells Mills/Six Mile Run about fifteen minutes after the scheduled ride start (or anywhere else along the route), but let me know in advance if you're gonna do that.
If you're planning to listen to music on this ride, use bone-conduction headphones. Earbuds, over-the-ear headphones, or music audible to other riders, are not permitted.
